Erratum

Antimicrobials and animal health: a fascinating nexus

There is an error in the second paragraph of the ‘Antimicrobial use in animals’ section of this article. In the first sentence "the overall sales of therapeutic antimicrobials for food animals have remained much the same over the last 8 year period, between 37.1 and 42.0 tonnes of active ingredient" should be "the overall sales of therapeutic antimicrobials for food animals have remained much the same over the last 8 year period, between 371 and 402 tonnes of active ingredient".

The author would like to apologize for this error.
