On page 993, section B Serious and deep-seated MRSA infections, subsection B2, the first alternative treatment recommendation should read:
Alternative: Daptomycin: 4 mg/kg intravenous once daily for complicated SSTIs and 6 mg/kg intravenous once daily for right-sided endocarditis and bacteraemia (secondary to cSSTI and/or right-sided endocarditis) caused by S. aureus.
The authors apologize for this error.
